You know, one (maybe TWO) 24 hour fasts per week is probably all it’s going to take to get you on the right track. You will lose weight, it won’t be a crash diet or anything, but if you do it properly you will see steady, consistent weight loss.

I recently got an email from Brad Pilon alerting me that some of his photos from his own site have been hijacked and used on scam sites. I had a look at the sites and it’s not hard to see that they are all related. The sites are promoting acai berry weightloss stuff.

Developing a program for this goal is pretty easy. It’s a 20 minute workout with an 8 second sprint followed by a 12 second backoff. You just do this for 20 minutes up to 3 times a week.
