These results lead me to say that protein still has a role in everyone’s nutrition plan, and is an essential nutrient that is obviously important for building and repairing muscles.

… a lot of people talk about the “Golden Hour” after training and how you should consume the appropriate nutrients around this time to enhance your recovery. Unfortunately this is a very simplified approach, probably based on one or two studies that someone read.
