Eggs are a powerhouse food that I’ve always relied on. Whether it’s muscle building or fat loss, eggs can deliver… not to mention it’s one of the few foods that has naturally occurring Vitamin D. Some have tried to give eggs a bad rap about cholesterol and fat, but it’s all rubbish, probably started from rival food industries. If there’ one thing you should eat, it’s eggs. Especially when it’s part of a high protein breakfast.
