Fads come and go and the latest one I've seen is Bodyweight Exercise Programs. Let me show you that you don't need to pay money to learn how to exercise at home for free. The thing with bodyweight exercise is that you won't grow huge muscles. You will develop great health and fitness and, if you eat right, you can get lean. But you won't look like your favourite actor or some secret agent. You'll just look like you, but in a healthy way...

Do You Take Your Knowledge For Granted?
=============================
It amazes me how little people know when it comes to health and fitness. But... is it their fault? How much education do we really have in our society. Too often we are told to "play it safe" otherwise we might get hurt. People are left with a void and just don't know what to do. Just the other day I was helping a guy who had never done squats before. It made me realize how little people know.... I have a mission now, that's why I created this site.

The biggest failure in weight loss is the failure to start. The biggest losers are the non-starters. There's always a reason, there's always an excuse. But it comes from fear. The hardest part of anything is starting but some fear what will happen when they start. Are they scared of success??? Are they afraid it will be uncomfortable? Their fear is irrational and their lack of starting is the biggest failure they will experience in life.

It can also help burn body fat. They type of activity is pretty much your choice but common ones are stationary bicycle, riding a real bike or just walking. The latter two are the least expensive and most appealing because you don't have to join a gym to perform them.
