Does Anyone REALLY Care?

We get so caught up with “how much can you bench” or “what’s your deadlift”, “what’s your 1 rep max”? In the long term strength becomes pretty irrelevant to health and wellness. If you are specifically training for a sport or competition strength is a whole different issue.

As far a life is concerned, strength doesn’t really matter, does it? People can’t see physical strength unless you do something and who wants to perform for people just to prove yourself? What people notice is your look, your aesthetic appeal. Focus on this and you will get noticed by others. Not that you have anything to prove, but it is nice to look good. Nobody cares that you are strong or not.
